No. All sistnt apps work 100% offline. Your data never leaves your device. Optional iCloud sync (where available) uses your Apple ID’s private cloud storage — still end-to-end encrypted and inaccessible to us.

Yes. Your one-time purchase covers all devices signed into the same Apple ID — iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Vision Pro. Family Sharing is also supported, so up to 5 family members can use the apps at no extra cost.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the sistnt app purchase, and select “Request a refund.” Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours.

Your tracking data (counters, notes, audio, location) never leaves your device. We collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (with your permission) to understand which features are used and where crashes occur. No personal identifiers. No ad tracking. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Not currently. Our apps are already priced as one-time purchases with no recurring fees — we’ve tried to keep them accessible while staying sustainable. If affordability is a blocker, email us at support@sistnt.com and we’ll work something out.

Your data lives only on your device, so deleting the app deletes your data. If you’ve enabled iCloud sync, go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → [App Name] → Delete Data. This removes it from iCloud across all devices.

Yes. Every sistnt app has an export feature in Settings. You can export your data as CSV (for counters), JSON (for structured logs), or plain text (for notes). Your data is yours — no lock-in.
